Punishment Appeal Process

If you believe you have been unfairly punished and wish to appeal, follow these steps:

Create a Support Ticket

Head over to the #tickets channel in our :discord: **Discord** and begin the punishment appeal process.

Click the 📩 button to get started.

Select the category as “Punishment Appeal”

You will be prompted with a series of questions to help the staff team understand the basis of your appeal. These questions must be answered honestly and in detail.

Appeal Process

After you submit your appeal, the staff member who issued the original punishment will review it. They will then determine if the punishment is:

• An Unjustified Punishment
• Warrants a Punishment Reduction
• Does Not Warrant a Punishment Reduction

The staff member will notify you of the outcome once the review is complete.

If your appeal is denied, the staff member handling your case will determine how long you must wait before submitting another appeal.

Multiple Appeals: Submitting multiple appeals will not influence the likelihood of your appeal being accepted or denied.
